These are rough estimates, not a reliable fertile-day prediction.

Your dates are calculated on your device; they are not sent to AFYA VERIFY or saved.

02

Today’s Period Record

Record bleeding even if your periods are irregular. This tool cannot diagnose a condition.

Heavy bleeding, severe pain or bleeding between periods may need assessment. Seek urgent care for severe symptoms.

    01

    Irregular cycles

Cycles can change. Missed, significantly changing or consistently unpredictable periods may need clinical assessment.

    02

    Period pain

Pain that prevents normal activities, becomes worse or appears suddenly warrants medical advice.

    03

    Heavy bleeding

Very heavy bleeding, bleeding between periods or after sex should be checked by a clinician.

    04

    PCOS and endometriosis

These are among the conditions that may affect periods. A calendar cannot diagnose or confirm them.

Seek urgent medical care: For very heavy bleeding, fainting/dizziness, severe abdominal pain, or possible pregnancy with pain or vaginal bleeding. Do not wait for a calendar estimate.
